This Welcome Center has free coffee and they always have great recipes on the counter that you can take.
Just stopped in West Monroe at Trapp's Restaurant...was told it has the best cajan food...will let you know once we try!!!
The snack machines take your money. Some of them do not work. Over priced foods. 2 dollars for one honey bun. Just hold out and go to the truck stop a few miles ahead
After getting off the interstate keep driving through until you see the right turn that loops around to the back area of the welcome center. That area is much nicer and safer than the front. Trucks fly through pretty fast. Great stop for us and dogs in our RV. Did not use indoor facilities. Nicely mowed grass for walking dogs.
Nice place. Friendly folks. Little disappointed, sign indicated "Louisiana coffee". No coffee, nor an indication of coffee. Could have used the coffee.
